Java Full Stack Trainer (Spring Boot + React / Angular)
Job Description
About the role
Java full stack (Spring Boot with React or Angular) is the most hired stack in banking, insurance, manufacturing and large enterprises, because legacy systems are being modernised layer by layer. Employers expect microservices, security, containers and cloud basics — not just syntax. You will teach learners to build and deploy an enterprise-style application and to clear Java interviews with confidence.
Why this role matters now: Java with Spring Boot and React or Angular remains the most hired enterprise stack in banking, insurance and manufacturing, and employers now test microservices, security, containers and cloud basics, not only syntax.
What you will do
- Deliver live online Java full stack batches from Core Java to a deployed microservices project
- Teach OOP, collections, streams, concurrency and design patterns with interview-style problems
- Guide an enterprise capstone: Spring Boot services, secured REST APIs, a React / Angular front end, database, Docker and CI/CD
- Review assignments and code, give structured feedback and run mock interviews and DSA practice
- Keep content current with Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3
Technical skills you must be strong in
Java
- Core Java 17+: OOP, collections, generics, streams and lambdas, exceptions, multithreading and concurrency, JVM and memory basics
- Design patterns, SOLID, data structures and algorithms for interviews
Spring ecosystem
- Spring Boot 3, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
- Spring Security with JWT and OAuth2
- Microservices: Spring Cloud, API gateway, service discovery, resilience (Resilience4j), config
- Messaging with Kafka or RabbitMQ; caching with Redis; REST design and OpenAPI / Swagger
Front end & data
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript / TypeScript and React or Angular
- MySQL / PostgreSQL, SQL tuning, transactions; MongoDB basics
Quality & delivery
- JUnit 5, Mockito, integration tests (Testcontainers)
- Maven / Gradle, Git, Jenkins or GitHub Actions, SonarQube
- Docker, Kubernetes basics, AWS or Azure deployment basics
Certifications
- Oracle Certified Professional Java SE — a plus
- Spring Professional or cloud (AWS / Azure) certification — a plus
You should have (the Fourcup trainer standard)
- 7+ years of hands-on industry experience in Java full stack development — real projects delivered, not only teaching
- Excellent spoken and written English — you can explain a hard concept simply, live, to career-switchers and freshers
- A genuine interest in teaching and mentoring; patience with beginners and joy in seeing learners get job-ready
- Strong delivery: structured live sessions, hands-on demos and labs, clear doubt-clearing, assignments with feedback and mock interviews
