About the Role

Full Stack SDET Trainer – Selenium/Playwright, API & Performance

We are looking for a highly experienced Full Stack SDET/QA Automation professional with strong expertise across Web Automation, API Testing, and Performance Testing. The ideal candidate should be capable of training learners across the complete modern SDET ecosystem and preparing them for real-world automation engineering roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging live online end-to-end SDET training programs.
• Teach Selenium and/or Playwright, Java/Python/JavaScript/TypeScript, API Testing, and Performance Testing.
• Mentor learners through real-world automation projects and end-to-end SDET assignments.
• Guide learners in building scalable and maintainable automation frameworks.
• Teach UI automation using Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Teach API testing and automation using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools.
• Introduce learners to Performance Testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or equivalent tools.
• Teach CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, test reporting, parallel execution, and automation best practices.
• Guide learners in integrating UI, API, and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Review coding assignments, frameworks, and projects and provide structured feedback.
• Conduct technical doubt-clearing and SDET interview preparation sessions.
• Share practical industry experience and current best practices in modern test automation.

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience in SDET, QA Automation, or Software Testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and/or Playwright.
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Strong hands-on experience with API Testing and API Automation.
• Working experience with Performance Testing and tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling.
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, Docker, and Agile practices.
• Good understanding of SQL, databases, test architecture, and software development practices.
• Working knowledge of AI-assisted testing, AI tools, and modern AI-driven QA practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Strong passion for teaching and developing job-ready SDET professionals.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as an SDET Trainer, Technical Trainer, Mentor, or Corporate Instructor.
• Experience conducting SDET interviews and interview preparation programs.
• Cloud testing experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Selenium Grid, Playwright Grid, or cloud testing platforms.
• Relevant testing, automation, or cloud certifications.
